Can I pick the color of my vehicle?
While we take color preference into consideration, we cannot guarantee colors of any vehicles at any time.
What state(s) do I have to live in to be able to rent?
Our program is available to those residing in the Eastern part of the United States.
How do I make my monthly payments?
Monthly payments can be made via major credit card only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.
No bank issued debit cards are acceptable for rental payment.
How many miles are allotted per month?
You get 3,000 free miles per month! We do provide the option to purchase additional mileages if needed.
What happens if I go over the monthly mileage cap?
The penalty for exceeding the monthly miles is $0.25/mile over the allotted 3,000 miles. This penalty is billed at the return of the vehicle.
Who can drive my vehicle?
Spouses and employees/business associates (for business rentals only) are permitted additional drivers.
Is a down payment required?
There is no down payment required, but we do take a $1,500 refundable deposit at the time of pick up.
What is the minimum term of my rental?
To get the advertised rates, you will need to keep the vehicle for a minimum of 5 months.
How long can I keep my vehicle?
You are permitted to keep the vehicle until the odometer reaches 12,000 miles.
Once the mileage limit is reached, we will exchange your old vehicle for a new one.
We will never request your vehicle back unless we have a suitable replacement available.
What do I do if I get into an accident?
If an accident occurs, please reach out to us right away.
We will have you complete an accident report, and we will set up an exchange pending vehicle availability.
You are NOT permitted to schedule any repairs.
Am I able to trade in my personal vehicle to get in to your program?
Yes! Our used car sales department offers vehicle appraisals.
How do I handle routine maintenance of my vehicle?
We simply ask that you take the vehicle to the appropriate dealer or accredited garage to get an oil change and/or tire rotations.
Once completed, please send us the invoice and we will credit you for your out of pocket expenses.
