John is a rental industry veteran who has been honing his expertise since 1998. After years of successfully running and operating his own locations, he transitioned into an Operations Manager role for over a decade, building a reputation for logistical excellence and a “customer-first” philosophy.
 
In 2021, John joined Aero Corporation (the parent company of Cramer Fleet Solutions), where he excelled as the Airport Rental Manager before being promoted to Pennsylvania Territory Manager. In February 2026, he officially moved to the Cramer Fleet Solutions team.
 
What John Loves About His Job: The constant opportunity to meet new people and tackle unique challenges. He finds genuine fulfillment in identifying a customer’s specific needs and providing the right solution to get them where they need to go. For John, every interaction is a chance to build a relationship and make a meaningful impact on someone’s day.
 
John’s approach is simple: he lives by the professional mantra, “Don’t over-promise and under-deliver,” ensuring that every customer receives reliable service and honest communication.

Bucket List:Having spent years navigating the roads of the United States, John is ready to stamp his passport. His ultimate travel goal is to explore the historic charm of England, the iconic streets of Paris, and the stunning islands of Greece. When he isn’t dreaming of international flights, you’ll likely find him with a reel in his hand, as he never misses an opportunity to get out on the water and fish.

Making a Difference:For John, “success” extends far beyond a spreadsheet; it’s about the impact he leaves on the next generation. As a competitive all-star cheerleading coach, high school track coach, and even a school bus driver, he is deeply committed to mentoring young people. He takes immense pride in teaching kids the value of team building, hard work, and dedication.

The Disney Life:John is a self-proclaimed “Disney Adult” who finds magic in the details. He makes multiple trips annually to the parks, embracing the chance to unwind and enjoy the “Most Magical Place on Earth” with his family.

Most Memorable Day:John’s most cherished memories are rooted in the family he has built. His most memorable days remain his wedding day, marking the start of 28 years of marriage to his wife, and the birth of his two daughters. Nothing tops the milestones he has shared with his family, including the years he spent coaching his own kids.
