Monthly Mileage Allowance: All rental rates include 3,000 miles/month. Additional miles over 3,000/month are billed at $0.30/mile upon return. For example, if you keep a vehicle for 4 months and drive 14,000 miles, the rate includes 12,000 free miles. We would bill the additional 2,000 miles at $0.30/mile upon return which would result in a $600 mileage charge.
Overall Mileage Allowance: All vehicles need to be returned or exchanged before 18,000 miles. Any mileage over 18,000 will be billed at $0.25/mile regardless of monthly usage unless approved in advance. Please contact us before you reach 15,000 miles to allow adequate time to schedule and facilitate an exchange.
Maximum In-service Time: All vehicles need to be returned or exchanged after a maximum of 12 months in-service. If a vehicle is not exchanged by 11 months in-service, we will contact you to schedule an exchange regardless of mileage. Any vehicles kept past 12 months are subject to a $200/month surcharge.
Maintenance Reimbursement: Standard oil changes and tire rotations can be done at Cramer Car Care or a reputable dealership/ service station of your choice. We will reimburse your out-of-pocket expenses with proof of completed maintenance.
