Thank you for your interest in our Fleet Solution! We are pleased to offer you an alternative to the headache and depreciation that takes all the fun out of car shopping and ownership. Our program offers you the flexibility that no other vehicle purchase or lease can match. Cramer’s Fleet Solutions truly offers options for any lifestyle, business, or budget!
The program consists of a renewable monthly contract, and you initially sign up for a minimum of five months. After the five months, you may continue to rent for as long as you’d like to stay in the program; exchanging vehicles when necessary.
This is not a lease! The vehicle’s registration will never be in your name, you will not have a large down payment, and you will not be locked in to one vehicle for years. You will have several vehicles to choose from, as well as the option to change makes and models whenever an exchange is due.
Our program is very unique and many auto insurance providers will NOT provide complete coverage for all the elements of loss/liability involved since this is a ‘non-owned vehicle’ and unlike a traditional purchase or lease. As with your own personal vehicle, you are responsible for any damage or liability exposure during your rental regardless of fault. We need to confirm that you and your insurance carrier are familiar with the loss elements and potential liability exposures with a long-term rental of a “non-owned” vehicle.

If your current auto insurance provider does not offer complete coverage, we recommend you check out the following alternate coverage providers:
We hope you never experience an accident or loss of any kind in one of our vehicles. However, in the event that you do, we will take care of this issue for you as efficiently as possible with your cooperation.
We will need you to complete the following steps and return all information within 48 hours of the incident. Failure to provide all the requested information may void any coverage purchased through us.
Once we receive the required information, the claim will be processed. You will be contacted by our claims department with an invoice for damages within 60 days. If you plan to have your auto insurance provider cover the damages, you should notify your carrier or other applicable carriers as soon as possible as most policies require advanced notice. Even if you submit a claim to your carrier, you are responsible for working with our claims department to address any unpaid balances/deductibles before your invoice expires. All invoices must be paid in full by the invoice expiration date or interest will accrue on any and all balances in the amount of 1.5% per month. Failure to settle any and all invoices will void any coverage purchased through us. Returning a vehicle with unreported damaged will void any coverage purchased through us as well as the general terms of your rental contract.
These Rental Terms and Conditions, together with the Rental Summary, any documents signed by the renter, and any documents electronically acknowledged by the renter in connection with the rental of a vehicle from Cramer Fleet Solutions, collectively constitute the Long-Term Vehicle Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) between the renter and Cramer Fleet Solutions.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Cramer Fleet Solutions, and “Renter,” “you,” and “your” mean the person or entity renting the Vehicle.
The renter agrees that the Vehicle is provided solely as a rental and bailment for mutual benefit, and that Cramer Fleet Solutions retains full ownership of the Vehicle at all times.
The renter agrees to comply with all terms of this Agreement. Failure to comply with these Rental Terms and Conditions constitutes a breach of the Agreement and may result in termination of the rental, repossession of the Vehicle, refusal of future rentals, and the exercise of any other remedies available under this Agreement or applicable law.
If any provision of these Rental Terms and Conditions is prohibited by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the rental occurs, such law shall control only to the extent required and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
